15mins after opening on Sat, only 6 left on the shelf. The rest are reserved online. They allow only one loaf per customer for walk-ins. Better to reserve ahead of time.

I visited Moses Bread yesterday. I've been here twice now. It's a small little mom-and-pop shop. There are two signages: 1. One that says Moses Bread 2. The other sign that says "only four ingredients fermented" To me that's a bold statement and it's pretty incredible that they can produce high-quality product with just four ingredients. The signage says the four ingredients are: - water - sea salt - bread flour - yeast With that they developed some of the most incredible sourdough bread I've ever had. They do different variations where they have: - I got the fig and walnuts - they have cranberries - they have tomatoes All of these different flavors but the main bread ingredients are just four ingredients. It's a very unassuming shop, very simple inside. The system to order is a little complicated but you should pre-order online. If you order in person there might not be much left because most of the items are already reserved. I would definitely recommend this place as it is one of the best bakeries in Orange County

Moses Bread in Tustin is excellent. The bagels are fresh, well fermented, and full of flavor with a great crust and soft interior. I’m very picky about my bagels and this bagel was perfect! Definitely one of the best sourdough places in SoCal!

I visited from San Diego with my mom and we tried several bakeries during our trip. The Moses bread was our favorite. It seems to be a small family-run business that bakes bread based on online orders. Their sourdough is definitely fresh and beautifully made with care and passion. I highly recommend trying their bread—just be sure to reserve online before walking in! I am definitely coming back when I visit OC again

Moses Bread best sourdough in town!! my favorite is fig sourdough. tried baguette, bagels...always come here to buy! the owner here is master of sourdough - he explains about how he makes healthy 3-4 pure ingredients bread that made him healthy! friendly, clean. would recommend you order online. Parking lot is small but plenty of spots!
